In February 2020, we will return to Nosara, Costa Rica to work with Mercy Home Ministries to build one or two homes for families in need. The trip is open to high school aged youth (with a parent chaperone) and adults from Richmond, VT and beyond! Rev. Neal Sadler will be leading this year’s trip. Aid trip to U.S. - Mexico border
January 2020
Are you passionate about the plight of immigrants on our southern border and want to do something concrete? First Congregational Church, UCC in West Brattleboro is planning a two week trip to the border at Brownsville, Texas where they will be working with Team Brownsville to feed asylum seekers waiting in Mexico. Laundry Love
Join us on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 5:30-9:30 p.m. at Vergennes Laundromat. Volunteers are needed to drive neighbors to and from the Laundromat, and to offer quarters, laundry soap, and hospitality while people are washing clothes.
