Blessings to you all, This weekend WILL BE SPECIAL. Tomorrow – Saturday – Craig Senzel and Diana Rule will be getting married. Sunday we will gather to worship focusing on Acts 1:6-14 and John 17:1-11 with a sermon entitled: “What Are You Looking For?” Jenny and Jas are back from their honeymoon in China and Jenny will be back with us helping to lead worship. Mother's Day

Blessings All, Just a pastoral reminder that this coming Sunday is very special for a number of reasons. It is a day that the Lord has made. It is also Mother’s Day and if that was not enough – it is a day we celebrate our life together in worship. The scriptures for Sunday are: Acts 7:55-60 (the stoning of Stephen) and John 14:1-14, 27 (those well-known verses recited at many funeral services). The sermon is entitled: “The Gospel’s Edge – The Cost of Discipleship.” I expect this may not be one of the more comfortable messages to hear. We will be receiving our Blanket Sunday offering. Loosen - Up - Lifted

Blessings to you all, This weekend will be another event-filled weekend – rain or no rain. This morning (Friday) we will be remembering the life of Sheila Benoit (Maria Benoit’s mother and Paul and Bruce Emerson’s sister). Tomorrow (Saturday) Jenny and Jas will be celebrating their marriage. On Sunday we will be gathering to worship – the focused texts are: Act 2:42-47 and John 10:1-10 with a message entitled: Loosen Up Lifted. It is Communion Sunday – if you wish to support the Deacons’ Fund there will be special offering envelopes in the pews.
