Last Sunday in January

Blessings All, This Sunday the scriptures will be: 1 Corinthians 8:1-13 and Mark 1:21-28 with a sermon entitled: “Seeking Another Level.” If you were to seek another level – would it be a level upward or downward? Following the worship we will have our annual meeting of the congregation. If you remember – would you bring your copy of the annual report? If you do not remember – you need not bring it. I just want to give a shout out to the Anthem Sue and Bill have chosen for this Sunday – “Shout Amen.” I look forward to our time together on Sunday. In Joy In Christ Gary

Out of the Deep Freeze

Blessings All as we look toward a more seasonal weekend This Sunday we will focus on Jonah 3:1-5,10 with some intro to the story leading up to those verses. The book is only 3 pages long – so if you want to read a book of the Bible this weekend – there it is. We will also focus on Mark 1:14-20 with a sermon entitled: “Retreat – Retreat – Retreat.” I look forward to our time together – see you on Sunday In Christ Gary

Blessings All, This Sunday we will focus on 1 Samuel 3:1-10 and John 1:43-51 with a sermon entitled: “Sacred Interruptions.” Have you ever had a sense that God was tugging you, enticing you, “calling” you to something – or from something? It would be wonderful if we could share some of those times of sensing a call. Have a safe weekend and I look forward to our time together on Sunday morning. In Faith Gary

There is some bad news and some good news concerning this service – the bad news is Jenny is away playing in a concert in Toronto and she will not be with us – the go
